This podcast was a collaborative effort between myself, Grace, and Ali. We met at the Victoria Gardens Library to record this podcast. We discussed mobile devices and web services available for classroom use, as well as some of advantages and disadvantages of mobile devices.
We had too much fun making this podcast. Hope you enjoy!

It really did sound like everyone was having a good time but you still included lots of important information and ideas for us to all think about.
Thanks for listening Barbara,
I really enjoyed our open discussion format for this podcast. I hope to incorporate more collaborative meetings in the future with my colleagues. I discovered that meeting to discuss course content was very beneficial for developing articulatory communication skills. Sometimes we read so much for knowledge and then express what we read in these blogs. Even though it’s not a requirement, I truly believe that discussing the technologies that we are learning in collaborative groups should be considered towards our development as instructional technologists. Though this class is 100% online, meeting in collaborative groups every now and then will only cultivate our development as instructional technologists.
I enjoyed listening to the podcast. Thanks for sharing. What did you use to make the podcast? Everyone’s voices were nice a clear…something you definitely have to have when listening to the audio. Nice job!
Thanks, Heidi!!!
I used the GarageBand (GB) application from my Mac Book Pro laptop to record, edit, and apply pre-programmed music/sound effects from GB. This application is one of the reasons for my conversion to Mac.
Good job I enjoyed listening to the podcast .
Thanks eman!
